On behalf of the whole team we are delighted overall with the new door installation. It has made life easier for our guests and staff alike. The idea originated from yourself and after a couple of years I am very impressed with the works from start to finish. I would reiterate what Ben mentioned about the design process and consideration for our needs. Having both your knowledge together with Ben’s certainly made it all easier for a very non-technical guy like myself. The prompt responses and co-operation with our consultants JH Partners was key to the go ahead and I thought you managed that well on site and via email.

The works were completed with no impact on our guests, the workers were knowledgeable and took into account all factors of the hotel operation during install.

As I said before I am delighted with the outcome, the workmanship and overall service from you and TS-UK.

Your operatives have shown due diligence and a high professional manner throughout the works that were to say the least very challenging due to the door manufactures errors and poor organisational skills.
